Delivery and Return Conditions

Your return, exchange and cancellation requests regarding the products you have purchased are evaluated within the framework of the "Product Return and Product Exchange Procedure" determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No.
For your satisfaction, we kindly ask you to follow this procedure.
Below is information about the operation of the procedure.

PRODUCT DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The product for which the purchase order is given will be included in the cargo or delivery program within the same day after the bank approval is received. Your works will be shipped within 5 (five) working days at the latest. The works of our customers in Istanbul are also delivered from the Art Tower. Products that are not specified as damaged and/or damaged by the consumer at the time of delivery are deemed to have been delivered to the consumer undamaged and complete. Art Tower is not responsible for any subsequent damage and/or deterioration in the product, which is accepted as undamaged and completely received by the consumer.

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS
Within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the purchased products, the product in question can be returned undamaged, undamaged, without damage, in its packaging and without deteriorating the resaleability of the product, and with all its accessories, if any. The consumer is obliged to inform the system about the return process. Used, unpacked, destroyed products cannot be returned.

The products to be returned must be delivered with the product invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, undamaged, complete and securely packaged in a way that will not be damaged. If one of them is missing, the product return request will not be accepted.

After the product is delivered to us together with the invoice in accordance with the return conditions and sales contract, the refund will be made to your bank transfer/EFT account within 3 working days. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card within 4 working days after the product and invoice are delivered to us. However, in this case, the refund of the payment to you is at the initiative of the bank to which the credit card belongs, and our company has no responsibility in this regard.

Returns are not accepted for overseas sales.

In order to deliver your works to you safely and undamaged; We have a secure packaging application with a special wooden box at Art Tower. This service constitutes a high cost for our business, but Art Tower provides this service free of charge within the scope of service quality and does not reflect the costs arising from the service to your orders. However, this service fee, which is subject to damage on behalf of our business, is reflected to our customers in your return orders. In return transactions with cargo, the packaging and shipping costs belong to the consumer, and counter-paid shipments cannot be accepted.

Products that have not been delivered to us undamaged and completely, together with the product invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, are sent back to the consumer. In this shipment, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Products requested to be exchanged can be exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the product, provided that it is unused, undamaged and the resellability of the product is intact, by stating the reason for the change. In order to make a product change, the invoice of the product or the product replacement card issued by the company for that product must be submitted.

Products requested to be exchanged; The product must be delivered undamaged and complete with its box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. If one of them is missing, the product cannot be exchanged.

No product changes are made in overseas sales.

In exchanges with cargo, the cargo fee belongs to the consumer, and counter-paid shipments will not be accepted.

Products that have not been used, destroyed and delivered to us with intact re-saleability, products that have not been submitted with an invoice or exchange card are sent back to the consumer. In this shipment, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS
If your paid product order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it. For this, you must provide information about the product order you canceled before the "Shipped" information of your order is notified to you by e-mail.

Your online order cancellation cannot be done if your order has been shipped.

If you are requesting the cancellation of one or a few products from your order, not the entire order, you can send your request by sending an e-mail to the address of [email protected] for the cancellation of the item. Online product order cancellation will be made as soon as possible by us and the process of refund will be sent to you via e-mail.
